Mr. Dillon served as President for the then Nestle Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union and previously served as President from 2001 to present. He also served as Vice President from 2000 – 2001 and director from 1999 – 2000.
He was employed to Nestle Jamaica Limited for 44.75 years in the Production and Engineering Department as an Industrial Mechanic. He is presently enjoying a well deserving retirement.
Sophia V. Bernard-Fairman is a marketing professional who has more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing and sales. She has worked across several leading industries including tourism and hospitality, distribution and branding.
She is currently the CEO for Advanced Creative Consultants Ltd and General Manager for Escapeat20 Villa. She has an MBA in Marketing, and a B.Sc. in Hotel and Tourism Management both from the University of the West Indies, as well as a Diploma in Business Education from the University of Technology and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of the West Indies School of Continuing Studies.
Mrs. Bernard-Fairman is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston where she currently serves on the Board as President Elect Designate (2023-2024). She also chairs the Marketing Committee of the Lascelles Employee & Partners Co-operative Credit Union.
She enjoys growing orchids, music and travelling.
Her motto is to “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
Nicole St. C. Graham, CCSec., BSc. (Hons) is the Chartered Corporate Secretary/Executive Assistant at Jamaica Property Company Limited and a past employee of the J. Wray & Nephew/Lascelles deMercado Group of Companies, with over 25 years’ experience in prominent Private Sector Organizations.
Ms. Graham served as Director/Board Secretary at Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-op Credit Union and is currently a member of their Credit, HR and Marketing Committees. She also serves on several social and civic committees exercising her strong planning and organizing skills for the hosting of successful events.
She holds the designation of Chartered Corporate Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administrative Manager, a Certificate in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Certificate in Events Management. Ms. Graham has been a member of the Credit Union since June 2000.
Nicole’s Philosophy is “With God All Things are Possible”. Her hobbies are planning and organizing events, travelling and listening to music.
Mr. Roger Simmonds is no stranger to Lascelles Credit Union. He served on the Credit Committee for many years as well as the HR Committee. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1996.
Mr. Simmonds has eighteen years of collective experience in Industrial Relations, Warehousing and Inventory Management.
He holds a Certificate in Industrial Relations, Diploma in Financial Management and Certification in Transformational Leadership.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys a good game of domino, football and cricket. He also enjoys travelling to scenic locations and debating on politics, sports and other topical issues.
Sharon Jackson-Smith has over 20 years in Management Accounting and Administration and she has served the credit union on the Finance Committee in the past.
Mrs. Jackson- Smith is currently the Finance Manager at Select Brands Limited and was previously employed to Lascelles Limited. She is also a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Accounting.
Her philosophy is you should “Help everyone you meet to be their best self”.
Mr. Andrew Bell currently serves as a property manager for several strata developments and is also a financial professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies and Accounting. He has years of experience and in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and accounts reconciliation, a critical thinker and creative problem solver, whose accounting skills and attention to details enables him to plan, organize and co-ordinate assignments from inception through completion.
He is effective in working independently and contributing productively to a team environment. Andrew also has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
He served previously on the Board, Supervisory Committee, Credit Committee, and Risk and Compliance Committee of the Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union Limited. He also volunteers on the board of the Best Care Foundation and is a Life Member of the Junior Chamber International.
His hobbies include travelling, football, lawn tennis and meeting new people.
Mr. Huchinson served as Treasurer/Manager of the former Nestle Jamaica Co-op Credit Union Limited and had severed on its board since 2011.
He is a Human Resource Specialist at Musson International Dairies Limited and is presently pursuing a Master’s of Science Degree in Computer Information System at the University of the West Indies.
He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management and Production (I. M. P.), 2004, certificate in Management Studies from the University of West Indies, Mona (1990) and is a Certified A. S. T. D. Trainer.
Ryan Dixon has served the Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union in many capacities for over 12 years.
As a past employee of Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union, Ryan has used his expert knowledge and academia to pioneer the financial wellbeing and growth of the Credit Union movement.
Once the Supervisory Committee Chair, Ryan has been an advocate for change and financial independence amongst his fellow co-operators.
Jody-Ann Smith has been employed to Ajas Ltd since Dec 2002 and holds the post of Deputy Accountant. She acquired a master’s degree in management, BBA (Hons) – Major Accounting & Minor International Business along with a Diploma (Hons) in Human Resource Management.
Jody-Ann has been a part of the Lascelles Credit Union family for around 20yrs. She has given over 6yrs voluntary service to the Credit Committee demitting as Chairperson in 2019.
She is a mom of two (Boy & Girl) who enjoys music, movies & sports.

Wavany Wallfall has been employed to J. Wray & Nephew for approximately 17 years and is currently an Inventory Specialist in the production operations.
Ms. Wallfall has 9 years’ experience in Inventory Management, holds a Commonwealth Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Human Resource Management.
Ms. Wallfall is a meticulous individual, very helpful/ resourceful and an active volunteer.
She has been a part of the Ambassador Movement group, that had activities geared towards the well-being of mind, spirit, and body of the JWN staff. Her current volunteering adventure is the SC Communications Committee.
Ms. Wallfall has been a credit union member since January 2008. One of her mottos that she lives by is “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.” She enjoys art & craft, road trip adventures that ends on the beach, spending time with her family and team building activities.
Tania Deer has been a Senior Customer Service Officer since 2020 and previously a Business Development Officer in the office of the Managing Director at her current place of employment.
She holds a BSC in Psychology and is currently pursuing a BSC in International Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. She holds several certifications such as project management among others. She has also worked with 2 international companies jointly for over 30 years in various capacities.
She served previously on the Supervisory Committee on the then Cigarette Company of Jamaica Employees Credit Union which is now the Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union Limited. She worked as a member of the Jamaica Red Cross and is currently a member of Kiwanis International as a volunteer. She also volunteers on the board of the Toyota Jamaica Staff Association.
Her skills in customer service and human resources afford her the ability to successfully grow good customer relationships which is the core of the corporate workforce as well as to compete in constantly changing, and highly competitive environments.
Profile – Howard is a chartered accountant who provides strategic business advice, training, accounting and operations consultancy services. He developed his financial expertise while supervising engagements at PricewaterhouseCoopers for ten (10) years.
He later moved on to augment this with seven (7) years of leadership and retail market experience with the Lascelles De Mercado Group (Wray and Nephew).
Having spent over 25 years in strategic business management, auditing and accounting, Howard is known for assisting organizations with implementing comprehensive solutions for complex business challenges.
His work has been geared towards sustained profitability, growth, and cost efficiency.
My name is Merline Smith attended the Camperdown High School in which my areas of study were the sciences and arts in which I excelled profoundly. I went on to further my education at The University of Technology, where I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Law.
My journey was not an easy one, however through determination, hard work, the support of my family and God. I was able to successfully complete my studies.
This I can say was one of my most cherished accomplishments.
I am currently employed at Guardian General Insurance in the capacity of Underwriting Associate.
My role entails reviewing proposal forms and most importantly determining if the proposed risk is suitable for coverage, also creating and dispatching policy contracts to external clients, liaising with both internal and external customers. Throughout my years, I have been acknowledged for my hard work with trophies and awards. I pride myself as a team player who understands the importance of collective teamwork and to lead and work on my own initiative.
My core passion is to help others in a meaningful way by providing coaching, mentoring, and counselling, especially to those in our society that are less fortunate. I also enjoy reading, singing, cooking, and spending time with my family and loved ones. I believe I have a creative mind that strives to be one with nature in a calm and soothing way.
I am a strong believer in God who is actively involved in church.
My faith has helped me to overcome many obstacles in my life’s journey, as such my philosophy is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.
Weeman Clarke is a consummate Credit Union individual. He has worked in the Credit Union movement for more than 25 Years at various senior levels including that of Accountant, General Manager and Business Development Manager.
He has a passion for the Credit Union Movement where he was a part of the external audit team for St. Thomas Co-operative who audited that Credit Union for a number of years.
Mr. Clarke also project managed two significant mergers for the Lascelles Employees and Partners Credit Union. He was involved in a bank reconciliation exercise and the creation of a loan security documentation process for Westmoreland Co-operative Credit Union and Clarendon Co-operatives Credit Union respectively, prior to their involvement in a merger with another Credit Union.
He has written a ten (10) volume proposition on Managing the Merger of Specific Credit Unions as a Single Institution. He is a Jamaica Daily Observer opinion writer.
Weeman holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies and has done a Technical Level 1 Certification in Solar Energy Installation at Vector Technology Institute.
He has also completed a number of certification courses with the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League including Credit Administration and Delinquency Control.
Mr. Clarke is a past student of Jamaica College and a fervent supporter of the school’s sporting events.
He is a devoted Christian, Husband and Father to one son.
Shannette Whyte-Millingen is a Human Resource professional with special expertise in Training and Development. Mrs. Whyte-Millingen has more than 6 years’ experience in the field and is currently employed to Serge Island Diaries Limited where she is the Human Resource Manager.
She has B.Sc. in Social Work from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Development.
She enjoys gardening and reading and her philosophy is based on the Bible scripture which says “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”
Kevin St. Aubyn Robinson is the Operations Manager at Berts Auto Parts and has over 25 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Budget Management and Auditing working in the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, A.C.C.A. Level 1 and a Diploma in Business Administration.
He holds certifications in Project Management and Export Development & International Expansion.
Kevin preferred management style is strong collaboration and people engagement – working with others to create and implement high-impact business strategies while coaching and developing talent.
As Operations Manager, he implemented several strategies that led to increased productivity for his Team and increase in sales,
He has been a member of the Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union for over 15 years and is greatly desirous of its success.
Kevin is an active Christian, in his local assembly as church secretary married to Sheryl for over 27 years and a father of two (2), Kevin Jnr and Elizabeth.
Shana Spencer has been an Accounting professional with thirteen years of experience working with reputable entities. I am currently the Senior Accountant at Kingston Industrial Garage Limited for over 5years.
Ms. Spencer has a B.Sc. in Business administration majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University College of The Caribbean. I am currently pursing being certified as a Certified Public Accountant.
I believes that all things will work out for good as long as you believe and have faith in God.
I enjoy listening to motivational speaker, taking adventure and watching football. I lived by this statement daily “Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
Ms. Barton is a Human Resource Assistant at Cari-Med Group Limited for over three (3) years. Ms. Barton is a past student of Portmore Community College where she studied Human Resource Management.
Ms. Barton worked in several positions at Federated Pharmaceutical where she was promoted to her core area of study at Cari-Med Group corporate office.
Vibrant, enthusiastic, and esteemed individual whose confidence stands grounded as a mountain goes by the mantra knowledge is limitless and it’s not enough until applied.
Claudia McLean is a Human Resource Management and Payroll Benefits Administrator with a Diploma in both Personal Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
She is currently the Human Resource Administration Manager at J Wray & Nephew Limited.
She also enjoys watching movies and reading, and her philosophy is that “With God all things are possible; there is no problem God cannot solve”.
Samuel G. Mitchell is a service driven Information Technology professional who has over 20 years broad-based experience across the spectrum of IT support and ICT projects and infrastructures. However, over the past 10 years he has focused predominantly on maintaining and supporting ICT infrastructures and overseeing the implementation of company-based network infrastructure.
He is currently employed to Digicel Jamaica where he functions in the capacity of Support Engineer. Mr. Mitchell has a B.Sc in Computing & Information Technology from the University of Technology as well as training and certification in a number of network & ICT courses.
He believes that information sharing and collaboration help to build a team. His philosophy is that “Unless the Lord builds the city, the labourer worketh in vain”.
Marlyn Moore-McKenzie was born November 20, 1977, and has been a Chartered Certified Accountant since October 2016, however, she has over 15 years of accounting experience.
She worked with the Campari Gruppo in the pensions department for 5 years, then was transferred to VMBS when the fund administrator was transferred to VMBS.
She is now currently employed at Uncorked 2017 Limited as Group Administrative Manager/HR Officer. She attended the University of the West Indies where she obtained a master’s degree in business administration with a major in International Business.
She is precise in her approach to her work and is action-oriented. She is a people person, practical, fair, and empathetic. She enjoys a day at the beach alone or with family and friends.
Kizzy is a Senior Sales Executive at J. Wray and Nephew Ltd, Gruppo Campari for 22 years. Her goal and aspirations is to always be of help to the helpless and needy and giving of herself.
Her most impressive achievements are being awarded Sales Representative of the year 2020 and shared the top prize of Volunteer of the year 2020-2021.
Kizzy Lamey is a proud graduate of Florida International University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is very adventurous and loves travelling. As an individual, her professional values are promoting a respectful and collaborative communication amongst her team.
Michelle Ambersley has been employed to the Credit Union movement for several years, with over 11 years of experience at the managerial level. She prides herself on being a detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful individual with a strong accounting background and a proven ability to provide key financial data and support to assist in key business decisions.
Michelle attended the Mona School of Business at the University of the West Indies and graduated with a MSc in Business Administration (International Business Management). She also holds a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting Major with a minor in marketing) from the University of Technology.
She has a passion for customer service and lives by her alma mater’s philosophy;

Camelia Mcleish joined Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative in July 2012 as the Assistant Accountant and was promoted in October 2018 to Accountant, where she supervises the accounting and member service departments.
Miss McLeish is a graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica with a BBA in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting.
She is currently pursing ACCA qualifications.
She has been working in the accounting and audit profession for fourteen year with seven year in auditing prior to joining the team.
She enjoys cooking, taking long walks on the beach and playing dominoes with family and friends.
Vivene Edwards has over 35 years’ experience in the Credit Union Movement. Five (5) of which she spent as an internal Auditor at Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL), thirteen (13) years as an Office Supervisor at Carreras Group Limited and seventeen (17) years as a Loans Assistant at Lascelles Employees & Partners Co-operative Credit Union.
Vivene prides herself as being a firm believer in Christ and a mature but flexible individual who pays keen attention to detail. She is also goal oriented and a team player.
